At its next meeting, on 9 December, the Forum will hear from the Argent project manager and an architect in the dRMM practice about the detailed plans for Zone J of King’s Cross Central, shown in yellow alongside. In the outline planning permission Zone J can provide over 140 apartments (including 30 for social housing) in linked blocks on York Way to the north of the Regent’s Canal.
The meeting will also hear an update from Argent on progress with R5, which can provide over 200 apartments under the outline planning permission.
After that there will be a discussion of how the Forum can best serve the needs of its member organisations and future occupants of King’s Cross Central.
The meeting is from 7:00 to 9:00 on Thursday 9 December in Committee Room 1 of Camden Town Hall.
