The Forum submitted comments on the draft of the Camden Transport Strategy (which is intended as the implementation plan for the Camden Council parts of the Mayor of London’s Transport Strategy). In its comments the Forum calls for treating the King’s Cross area as a discrete entity and having one point of contact for defining and monitoring transport developments there.
In its comments the Forum also makes specific recommendations about the King’s Cross Station pedestrian bridge, York Way, the Maiden Lane station, Midland Road and Euston Road. It reminds Camden Council specifically about the detailed pedestrian audit (by TRL and Living Streets) for Transport for London in 2008, which is available here.
