At its meeting on 5 December the Forum heard about progress in setting up the proposed neighbourhood forum. This needs to develop enough support throughout its large and diverse area and to determine its approach to neighbourhood planning. In doing so it will have to draw on resources from the local organisations that it represents.
The Forum can support the setting up of the neighbourhood forum in various ways but must also pursue its own intention to establish links with the occupants of King’s Cross Central, who should have views on the future development of the area. These links should lead to involvement in, and transformation of, the Forum.
A fuller account is in the minutes of the meeting. The meeting was also the annual review meeting; the annual review report is here.
