At its meeting on 13 June the Forum heard from Simon Allford of Allford Hall Monaghan Morris about the detailed plans for Zone A of King’s Cross Central (along the railway lines to the south of Goods Way). Representatives of Argent and Townshend Landscape Architects then described the current proposals for Cubitt Park and Cubitt Square.
The plans and proposals are outlined in the minutes of the meeting, which also have some pictures from the plans. The planning application (2013/4001/P) for Zone A was submitted two weeks after the meeting was held. Forum members can now comment on it.
The meeting also discussed the attempts by Argent to attract retailers to Rubicon Court. That discussion, too, is summarised in the minutes.
