Revised proposals for Building B6

b6 from aboveAt its next meeting, on 16 April, the Forum will hear from Argent about the plans for Building B6, shown in yellow alongside. Though planning approval was granted four years ago, building did not start and the plans have lately been revised. The revised plans for this prominent position near the Regent’s Canal envisage a more heavily clad and even more mannered structure than did the earlier plans.

A planning application (2014/2366/P) for Cubitt Park and Cubitt Square has now been submitted. At the meeting there will be an explanation of how the application relates to the intentions described to the Forum in a meeting last year and reported in the minutes of that meeting.

There will also be an account of current thinking about primary health care provision in the area, as seen by Healthwatch Camden, which is working out options with Camden and Islington Public Health.

The meeting is from 7:00 to 9:00 on Wednesday 16 April in Committee Room 1 of Camden Town Hall.
