Forum response to Camden about Building R5 of King’s Cross Central

A planning application for Building R5 of King’s Cross Central (along York Way to the north of R4) was submitted on 31 January.  It describes three blocks in the northern part of the site; the southern part of the site is to be the subject of a separate application. The three blocks provide housing in 144 units (63 for general needs social renting, 40 for shared ownership, 40 for extra care and 1 for private sale). The Planning Response Team of the Forum has submitted a response, which is here.
